Background: In case of a stab wound to the lower cervical region and upper dorsal region, many organs are prone damage, including lung, heart, pericardium, any vessels in thoracic cage, esophagus or trachea, duct, even spinal cord.
 Case Report: A 19 year-old patient arrived at emergency department with swollen painful between internal border left scapula T2 vertebra. The had history street fight on corresponding area. Nothing abnormal was found physical examination, stable without neuroglial deficit. Radiographic imaging demonstrated foreign body lodged near underwent an operation surgery, removed serious complications. blade stab, which broken hidden under soft tissue.
